HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12627 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he has purchased an agricultural land admeasuring 1089 sq. yards in sy.No.219, situated at Turkapally Village, Shamirpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District vide registered document No.1459 of 2015. Subsequently, the petitioner made an application on 20.03.2017 to the 2nd respondent for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for grant of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject property. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner made an application on 20.03.2017 and that there is a time limit of 45 days for disposal of the application. Even before expiry of the said period, petitioner approached this Court by way of writ petition. As such, the same is premature. He further submits that petitioner has to make an application in Form VI-A for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for grant of pattadar passbook and title deed in his favour.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is open for the petitioner to make an application in Form VI-A, if not already made. On such application being filed by the

petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 10.04.2017 dv
