This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw E.A.No.310 of 2014 in E.P.No.64 of 2011 in O.S.No.229 of 2009 from the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam, and transfer the same to the Court of III Additional District Judge (Under S.Cs. and S.Ts. (POA) Act), Srikakulam.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Office is hereby directed to return the certified copies of the documents to the petitioner as per procedure. There shall be no order as to costs.
