W.P.M.P.No.42892 of 2017 is an application filed under Section 151 CPC seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach this Court in case of any violations with regard to the constructions taken up by the unofficial respondents at the subject premises. None opposed.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, W.P.M.P.No.42892 of is allowed.

Consequently, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
