This Court made the following:

ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the Petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS, directing the Respondents herein to produce the petitioner's Husband namely Puri Praveen Kumar, S/o. Rajalingam, aged 40 years, R/o.4-124/1, Samshabad Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District before this Hon'ble High Court by quashing the proceedings No.C3/3272/2015, dated 13.07.2015 confirmed by the Government in G.O.Rt. No.2047, dated 22.07.2015 imposing punishment of detention of 6 months by G.O.Rt. No.2464, General Administration (Law & Order) Department, dated 02.09.2015 and set him at liberty and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

At the hearing, Sri V.H.V.R.R. Swamy, learned counsel for the detenu, submitted that with the efflux of six months period for which the detenu was detained, he was released and, thereby, the cause in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
