THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23131 of 2017 O R D E R:

Petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant in October, 2008 under Mahathma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme in Regonda Village, Akkenapet Mandal, Siddipet District and continued till January, 2013, but subsequently on account of ill health, petitioner did not work in the post of Field Assistant. Petitioner contends that she made an application to 2nd respondent on 07.07.2017 seeking re-employment in the said post, but no orders are passed till date.

The Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents states that the competent authority to deal with the petitioners' case is the 3rd respondent. 3.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a representation to the 3rd respondent seeking re-appointment in the post of Field Assistant, within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; and on such a representation being made, the 3rd respondent shall pass appropriate orders within a period of six (06) weeks thereafter and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
