HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.6743 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the Regulation 3 of APSRTC Service Regulations.

2. This Court granted following interim direction on 31.10.2003 in W.P.M.P.No.8791 of 2003.

"There shall be interim direction to the respondents to continuously engage the petitioners as Conductors and their services shall not be terminated unless the juniors to the petitioners are disengaged".

3. It is represented in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of above interim orders.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
