Learned counsel for the petitioner present and submitted that P.R.C.No .25 ol 2OL6, on the hle of the XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad' which is challenged under this petition was taken on lile and trial was completed and petitioner also found not guilty and was acquitted, thereby this petition has become infructuous 2.

Since very purpose of ftling of the petition is already been defeated and no cause of action survives in this petition' this petition has become infructuous'
