THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Transfer Criminal Petition No.171 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner seeks for transfer of S.T.C. No.28 of 2015 from the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jammalamadugu, Kadapa District to any other competent Court of equivalent jurisdiction within the District of Ananthapur. The ground on which the petitioner seeks for transfer is that he has life threat in the hands of the complainant and his family members. No proof is filed that the petitioner has life threat in the hands of the complainant and his family members. I, therefore, see no merits in this petition. This Transfer Criminal Petition, consequently, is dismissed.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
