THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.54 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw O.S.No.218 of 2008 from the file of the XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to XII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to be tried along with O.S.No.15 of 2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer C.M.P. with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to it under law including filing of the similar nature of petition before the appropriate Court.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed. _________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
