Ajay Reddy Vongala v. State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.VI NOD KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.24346 of 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to revoke the Lookout Circular issued against the petitioner. The case of the petitioner is that based on the complaint made by the father of the petitioner's wife in Warangal, while both the petitioner and his wife were living in United States of America (USA), the second respondent issued the Lookout Circular against the petitioner, which is baseless.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner came to India to attend a family function by taking ten days leave and he is required to go back.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the authority on whose instructions the Lookout Circular has been issued, i.e. the second respondent herein, and seek recall of the said Lookout Circular by giving justifiable reasons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that such application would be filed in a day or two. Upon the petitioner making such an application, the second respondent shall consider and dispose of the same within ten days, i.e., on or before 16.11.2019, in view of the fact that the petitioner is stated to be on short leave and is required to report back to the work, being a Doctor in USA.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTI CE T.VI NOD KUMAR Date:06.11.2019 Note:
