This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 seeking pre-arrest bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Cr.No.140 of 2022 on the file of Chilpur Police Station, Warangal, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 290, 307, 420, 506, 511 r/w 34 IPC and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.
The allegation against the petitioners is that first petitioner entered into an agreement of sale with the de-facto complainant for sale of Ac.3-25 guntas of land. However, due to the de-facto complainant not being in a position to pay the remaining amount of agreed sale consideration, the petitioner issued notice to the de-facto complainant canceling the agreement of sale. Thereafter, disputes arose between them regarding the said sale of land and it is the case of the de-facto complainant that the first petitioner and her husband i.e. second petitioner and their sons i.e. petitioner Nos.3 and 4 herein assaulted the de-facto complainant.
The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that there are no injuries received by the de-facto complainant.

For the said reasons, the petitioners can be granted the relief of anticipatory bail and shall be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest, subject to the following conditions:
1) The petitioners/Accused is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Chilpur Police Station, Warangal within ten days from today and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer, shall release the petitioners/Accused on bail, on each of their executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to his satisfaction.
2) On such release, the petitioners /Accused Nos.2, 3 and 4 shall appear before the police on every Sunday for a period of six weeks from the date of surrender for the purpose of investigation.
3) The petitioners/Accused shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
