ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 28.01.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.14398 of 2018.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents reported that in pursuance of the order dated 28.01.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.14398 of 2018, the petitioner was sent to competent Medical Board for determination of his age, and the result of the Medical Board is kept in a sealed cover.

In view of the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
