HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 21146 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not releasing the sale deed documents P.Nos. 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19/ 2018, dated 15.02.2018 in favour of the petitioner's purchasers in respect of the land in Sy.No. 844/ 1 to an extent of 350 sq.yards each situated in Malkajgiri village at Present West Indira Nehru Nagar, Mahindra Hills, covered under Block-17 within the limits of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Medchal-Malkajgiri District (Ranga Reddy district), as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the request of the petitioner for registering the documents pertaining to the aforementioned lands was rejected, on the ground that the subject lands are included in the prohibited list.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Pleader that the request of the petitioner for registering of the subject lands has already been rejected by the respondents, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However,

the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail the remedy, if any, available to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
