HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 22009 of 2016 ORDER:

The action of third respondent in disaffiliating the fourth respondent-College in the middle of the academic year, the present Writ Petition is filed.

When the Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 3 that the subject matter of the Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court dated 26.04.2016 rendered in Writ Petition No. 14374 of 2016 and Batch.

Following the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No. 14374 of 2016 and Batch, dated 26.4.2016 and for the reasons stated therein, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof by directing the third respondent-University to take appropriate steps to enable the petitioner to complete her course subject to satisfying other criteria and eligibility. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
