HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40319 OF 2016 O R D E R :

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to transfer the Revision filed by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent and on receiving the same from the 2nd respondent, the 3rd respondent shall dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the parties in the Revision. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
