HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.3373 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.3375 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.1453 of 2015 on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, which is outcome of crime No.441 of 2010 of S.N.Puram Police Station, Vijayawada, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.3373 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
