CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.35457 of 2013 Dt: 21.06.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to set aside the orders in Revision Petition No. 3511/2012 dt. 14-8-2013 on the file of National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission."

On 22-04-2014, the case was adjourned as there was no representation for the petitioners. On 02-06-2014 also, the case was adjourned as the petitioners were not represented. Even today, when the case is called, no one represented the petitioners. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing their cause in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.44072 of 2013, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is dismissed.
