This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider her representation and to release her daughter, grand-daughter and husband. 2.
When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that among the above three persons, one person was remanded to judicial custody for the offence under Section 302 IPC and other two persons are not in the custody of the police. 3.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that two persons were released by the police.

In the above submissions, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 5.
