HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.33354 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not considering the representation dated 10-08-2017 of the 1st petitioner for consideration of compassionate appointment to the 2nd petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader for Services says that only spouse and children are entitled for compassionate appointments but not third parties.

In view of the same, no direction can be issued to consider the case of the 1st petitioner for appointment of her brother-in-law who is the 2nd petitioner herein. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
