This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 to A4 and A6 to A39 in C.C. No.56 of 2014 on the file of the court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chevella, Ranga Reddy District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
