THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.6912 oF 2022 ORDER:
The present application is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P,C praying this Court to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in FIR. No.226 of 2022 on the file of P.S.Ameenpur, Sanga Reddy District. The offences are under Section 288, 420 of IPC.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.2/defacto complainant lodged a false case against the petitioner. As seen from the complaint, the allegations appear to be civil in nature. However, the police keeping in view the same, shall conclude the investigation without arresting the petitioner. Needless to say that the police shall consider the explanation given by this petitioner and also consider his complaint dated 02.06.2022 in the said situation.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off.
