This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.6 of 2017 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Markapur, Prakasam District, and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge Court, Nuzvid, Krishna District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel appearing for both parties submitted that the parties are residing under the same roof.

In view of the submission made by both the counsel, no further orders are necessary in this petition. 4.
