Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings for 1st respondent, the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for 2nd respondent, Sri S.S. Varma, learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent, and the learned Standing Counsel for National Highways for respondent nos.4 and 5. 2.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has given a representation on 10.03.2017 to the 2nd respondent seeking compensation for the land which he has been deprived of for upgradation and improvement of National Highway No.5, and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, appearing for 2nd respondent, states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation dt.10.03.2017 within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said representation dt.10.03.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.
