Despite service of notice, none appears for the 3rd respondent.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Panduranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, he submitted representations on 24.03.2018 and 25.11.2016 to the respondent-Municipal Corporation, but no action has been taken so far on the said representations.

On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri A.Panduranga Rao, the learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation, that if any such representations are pending consideration before the respondent authorities, the same will be verified and proper further action will be taken, as per law. Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondent No.2 to verify the representations, dated 24.03.2018 and 25.11.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action on the said representation, as per law, as expeditiously as possible.
