This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the 4th respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents Nos.5 and 6.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The grievance of the petitioners is that the 4th respondent is interfering with the affairs of the petitioner and with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents Nos.5 and 6. 4.
Considering facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:
The 4th respondent is directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner more particularly, with any of the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondents Nos.5 and 6. At the same time, this order will not stand in the way of the 4th respondent to proceed with the investigation, if any case is registered against the petitioner for cognizable offence. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
