Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent-Metpally Municipality.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the second respondent is not interfering with the construction activity of the petitioner herein. The said statement is recorded.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the Commissioner, Metpally Municipality-second respondent herein to take action, in accordance with law, if there are any deviations from the sanctioned plan. There shall be no order as to costs.
