Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development for respondent No.1, learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) for respondent No.2 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) for respondent No.3.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners so also learned Government Pleaders that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.23710 of 2017, dated 25.07.2017. A copy of the same is filed along with writ material papers. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:
"Having regard to the above, once there is no impugnment of seizure but for post seizure not applying G.O.Ms.No.15, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the seized vehicle for release either by imposing penalty or confiscation strictly in accordance with law prescribed under G.O.Ms.No.15, within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order."

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. 4.
Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 25.07.2017, in W.P.No.23710 of 2017 to this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
