THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.21197 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri D.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for APCRDA that pending Writ Petition, CRDA cancelled the construction permission granted earlier in favour of the unofficial respondents herein and addressed a letter to the 4th respondent-Municipality to take further action. Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent-Municipality submits that after receipt of the above said letter from the APCRDA, the Municipality issued a provisional notice and also a confirmation notice under the provisions of the Municipalities Act, and further action will be taken. The same is recorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
