HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.14568 OF 2014 ORDER :

Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 to A.4 would represent that the present petition has become infructuous in view of filing of charge sheet by the Investigating Officer. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that on completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet and the learned XV-Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kakinada, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.588 of 2015, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
