This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondentCentral Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences, in not taking action on the representation dt.05.10.2019 filed by the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Namavarapu Rajeshwar Rao, learned Assistant Solicitor General. Since it is stated that the petitioner's representation is pending before the 2nd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dt.05.10.2019, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
