Though, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an application in I.A.No.1051 of 2017 is filed to set aside the ex parte decree in O.P.No.486 of 2016, the transfer of which is sought in the present petition, since the very proceedings in the said O.P are not pending before the Court below as on date, the present transfer CMP can be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to move similar transfer petition, in case she succeeds in the aforesaid I.A filed by her. Hence, the transfer CMP is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner as stated in the above.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present petition, stand closed.
