ORDER:

Learned standing counsel for respondent placed before this Court the copy of Order vide N.O.O.(CGM-HRD) Ms.No.383, dated 06.02.2012, which is amendment to Regulation 14 of APSEB Service Regulations governing the respondent-employer. The qualifications prescribed in the recruitment notification are in accordance with the regulations as amended by the said notification. 2.

Having regard to the same, learned counsel for petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to petitioners to work out their grievances with reference to the amendment to the Regulations.

Granting such liberty, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
