Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Special Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3.
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the proceedings dated 13.11.2014 issued by the 2nd res pondent whereunder the petitioner was suspended temporarily from the post of Field Assistant, Edulapusapalli Village, Mahabubabad Mandal, as arbitrary and illegal.
The petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant in Edulapusapalli Village, Mahabubabad Mandal under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme by 5th respondent on 1.4.2006.
While so, the 2nd respondent vide order dated 13.11.2014 suspended the petitioner temporarily, alleging certain irregularities. The petitioner submitted his explanation on 29.11.2014 stating that he was kept under suspension for extraneous reasons.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
submits that without issuing any prior notice or conducting enquiry, the impugned suspension order was passed.
Learned Special Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that Enquiry Officer was appointed, who conducted enquiry, and submitted report to the 2nd respondent.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to cause the enquiry completed, if not already completed and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petitioner shall be reinstated by revoking the suspension order. No costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
