HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.2890 OF 2007 ORDER:

The petitioners pray for Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not regularizing their services in respondentorganization as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional. On 15.02.2007, this Court directed respondent to consider the case of petitioners for regularization of their services in respondentorganization as per law. This Court is the view that no further order is necessary.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
