This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution is filed by the plaintiff in O.S.No.1051 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. By way of this revision, the petitioner/plaintiff seeks a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. However, the suit is of the year 2015 and this Court sees no reason to infer any inaction or negligence on the part of the trial Court in disposing of the same. The petitioner/plaintiff, going by his age as mentioned in the cause title, is a senior citizen. He would therefore be entitled to appeal to the trial Court on that ground for prioritising his suit for early disposal. Reiterating this liberty, the civil revision petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
