This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ plaintiffs, assailing the order, dated 10.04.2014, of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor, passed in I.A.No.192 of 2014 in O.S.No.439 of 2006.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners/ plaintiffs submits that since the trial Court decreed the suit with costs on 27.06.2014, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition and that therefore, the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners/ plaintiffs, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
