THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION NO.21120 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr. Arun Kumar Mudi for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner complains against the inaction of third respondent in considering and disposing of the application dated 28.01.2017 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the scheme of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act and the Rules made thereunder.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that objections are received on the application. Any way, since the prayer is inaction, the third respondent would dispose of the application within four (4) weeks from today and communicate his decision to petitioner.
