Aggrieved by the inaction of the 2nd respondent - Collector in disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 17.8.2016 against the proceedings of the 3rd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, Manthani Division, Karimnagar District in file No.A/605/2014 dated nil/01/2015, the present writ petition has been filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the 2nd respondent - Collector, Karimnagar District, to dispose of the appeal said to have filed by the petitioner on 17.8.2016 against the proceedings of the 3rd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer in file No.A/605/2014 dated nil/01/2015, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
