This writ petition is filed challenging the Tender Notice No.C/C/37/VP/2019/20/1, dt.15.10.2019, whereby tenders are invited for leasing the parcel vans for transportation of parcels in respect of Train No.18646/18645, HYB-SHM-HYB of the 3rd respondent. Since the order terminating the agreement of the petitioner is set aside in WP.No.21872 of 2019 by this Court by remitting the matter to the appellate authority for reconsideration, the respondent authorities are directed to keep the impugned tender notification in abeyance till the decision is taken by respondents as ordered in WP.No.21872 of 2019 and depending on the result can proceed further in the matter. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
