THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO Contempt Case No.1282 of 2022 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has informed the Court that the orders passed by this Court have been complied with, and the case of the petitioner was considered and the same was rejected vide order dated 19.08.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed about the said fact.

In view of the same, this Court is of the considered view that since the orders passed by this Court have been complied with by the respondents, the Contempt Case is accordingly closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection orders, if he is so aggrieved. No costs.
