This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-1 under section 438 of Cr.P.C. to enlarge the petitioner/Accused on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No. 863 of 2016 of K.P.H.B.Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district, registered for the offences punishable under section 376, 417, 420 of IPC and section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. Sri P.D. Vineela, Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition with liberty to approach the court below.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
