Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent-police in acting upon the complaints of the petitioner dated 04-09-2017 and 06-01-2018 and registering the F.I.Rs, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that basing on the complaint, dated 04-09-2017 made by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.271 of 2018 was registered on 01-07-2018.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
