The Court made the following: ORDER This application is filed seeking to extend the time granted by this Court on 19.11.2021 in l.A.No.2 ol 2021 in CRP.No.2582 of 2019, for a further period of 10 days to dispose of CMA No.65 of 20'19 on the file of Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Heard both sides. Perused the record.
ln view of the circumstances narrated in the letter dated 19.01 .2022 addressed by the learned Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, extension of time as sought for is granted.
It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant that subject C.M.A.No.65 of 2019 on the file of Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of.
The said submission is taken on record.
