THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21212 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not conducting the survey for the petitioner land situated in 145 an extent of Ac.0.35 cents situated at Karpra village and Mandal East Godavari District, which is illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to conduct the survey for the land situated in 145 for an extent of Ac.0.35 cents situated at Karpra village and Mandal East Godavari District."

Mr.B.S.Kartik, learned counsel for the petitioner after going through the written instructions, dated 25.06.2018, sent by the 4th respondent, confines his prayer to direct the 4th respondent to communicate his reply to the petitioner so that the petitioner can work out his remedies in accordance with law.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue does not oppose the request.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed with the following observations:

1. The 4th respondent communicates reply to the petitioner by keeping in view the written instructions, dated 25.06.2018, within 4 weeks from today.

2. The petitioner on receipt of such reply can work out the remedies in accordance with law.

No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
