THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 31666 of 2016 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) The petitioner was aggrieved by the refusal of the 3rd respondent to accept the custodian certificate for admission to the under-graduate medical courses.

At the time when the matter came up for admission on 19.09.2016, we passed the following interim order: "Mr. A. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel, takes notice for the 3rd respondent.

Mr. Taddi Nageswara Rao, learned counsel, takes notice for the 4th respondent.

Mr. V. Ramachander Goud, learned counsel, takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

Since the 5th respondent-college in which the petitioner is already pursuing the 2nd year of the BDS course has issued a certificate titled as "Bona fide cum Custodian Certificate", the 3rd respondent is directed for the present to permit the petitioner to attend the counseling on the basis of the Custodian Certificate. If she gets allotment in any of the colleges in the EAMCET-3 Web counseling, it is her responsibility to get the originals from the 5th respondentcollege, after discontinuing the course of study there. Post after two weeks."

Pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner was permitted to attend the counselling and she has also secured admission. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. 4.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed, with a direction to the University to regularize the admission, subject to the petitioner now securing the original certificates and getting relieved from the other College.
