The short prayer made in this revision is only to direct the VII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, to dispose of an appeal expeditiously.

2. Heard Mr. Parsa Ananth Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited nature of the prayer and also considering the fact that the appeal is of the year 2008, the VII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, is directed to put the parties on notice in advance and take up the appeal for hearing at the earliest and endeavour to dispose of the same within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
