This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 06.07.2015 in I.A.No.2577 of 2015 in O.S.No.496 of 2015 passed by the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Sri B. Chandrasen Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 15 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw I.A.No.2577 of 2015 in O.S.No.496 of 2015 before the Court below and Sri J.Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner has not objected for the same. Permission is accorded.

Since I.A.No.2577 of 2015 in O.S.No.496 of 2015 itself is withdrawn by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 15 before the Court below, the order dated 06.07.2015 in the above application is liable to be set aside and accordingly set aside with the liberty to respondents 1 to 15 to make an appropriate application in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand disposed of.
