Learned counsel for petitioner states that after filing of the Writ Petition, the 4th respondent has released the stock of essential commodities to the petitioner, who is a Fair Price shop dealer for distributing the same to the card holders.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
