This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, assailing the order, dated 25.03.2014, of the learned Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam, passed in I.A.No.428 of 2010 in O.P.No.627 of 2010.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the dismissal of the O.P. on 25.08.2014 by the trial Court, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition. 3.

Recording the submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
