THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.28435 of 2009 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent had informed the Court that during pendency of this writ petition, the 1st respondent has issued a letter to the 3rd respondent Bank on 24.02.2010. 2.
Learned Standing Counsel had contended that let the Bank take appropriate action, pursuant to the said letter issued by the 1st respondent.

In view of the said submissions, this Court is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the 3rd respondent Bank to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to the letter, dated 24.02.2010, issued by 1st respondent, if not already initiated, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.
